Was sailing through assembly, thinking these are about the friendliest instructions I've ever encountered, then came the drawer assemblies. Screwing a drawer down onto its face, I kept getting cross-threaded screws stuck that would not go forward or back, even with vice-grips. Discovered the reason, most of the sockets behind the screw holes on the face were tipped slightly toward me, which meant the screwdriver handle had to be angled BACK to line up, which was impossible because it hits the bottom of the drawer. Vertical is as far back as it can go. Started treating the faces by bending that socket closer to vertical (picture) and problem solved. (note that the picture is taken from the reverse direction, so I'm bending the bottom of that socket toward me)

I bought this workbench to use as a potting table. It went together easily and is great quality. The only problem I see is that the top is easily scratched. I’ll need to get something to lay down on the top to keep it looking new. It’s going to really help me stay organized!

I’m sure I missed the information that said this unit needed to be assembled when I made my purchases and was a bit dismayed when the FedEx driver rolled a pallet into my garage. I have assembled many items over the years with instructions that were short of hieroglyphics. Fully expecting the same, I was so surprised at the detailed instructions, extremely organized packing, unbelievable labeling on the parts…making assembly so simple. Seville has this down!! My wife, a retired professor of Business Communication looked at the instructions and said she would have used Seville’s instructions as an example of a company that has their focus on the consumer. I am definitely a person who looks at all reviews before buying a product and a lot of reviewers said that this needed 2 people to build and/or was difficult and quite time consuming to build alone so I was expecting this to be a huge pain in the butt to put together myself. I am a 38 year old woman who builds most of our home furniture myself and I can say that this toolbox was one of the easiest builds I've done. If you think this was hard, you obviously have never put together a baby crib, haha. Yes there were a few spots that were a little bit snug to screw tight due to the working area but all together this took me only about 3 hours to assemble and at no point did I feel that I would have needed another person to help me.

My entire workshop is now exclusively lined on three walls with Seville products... I love the fact that all the butcher block tops are all the same height. I sprayed the metal peg boards that came with the benches to match the peg board that I mounted on the wall behind the 6 ft Seville storrage rollaround so that I have 14 feet of butcher block with 14 ft of grey peg board along the wall. I get lots of compliments on how nice it looks and I can put everything away when I'm done working on a project.

Frame is sturdy overall. The bench is a bit narrow, but good for my purpose. Took a long time to assemble as there are so many screws. The packaging seems good, but I got small dents and scratches in a few drawers. QA needs improvement. Drawers are not sturdy and are not auto closeable. Okay for the price.

I bought this work bench 5/18/2017 and I was very impressed how well it was made and the detail of construction was better than I had ever seen. Every part fit without hardly any adjustment. I was able to assemble it myself without any help but an extra hand or two would have been nice as I am 69 years old. I plan on going back to Sam's club to purchase more cabinets. I do not work for Sam's club or the manufacture.

I purchased two of these workbenches in April. I picked them up at my local store. They were very well packed. I did not have one piece that was bent, scratched or dented. All the pieces were very well marked and very easy to assemble. I only had one problem with assembly. The screws were very difficult to go in on one of the largest drawers. I had to get my husband to finish putting that drawer together. These boxes are very sturdy for what I need them for. I am using them for my embroidery and vinyl business. I love that both sides have holes like a peg board to hang items from as well. I was able to put these boxes back to back and put a large cutting mat on top for cutting material or vinyl. This was one of the best investments that I have made for my business besides my machines. I am not sure how well they would be for a commercial mechanic with tons of tools. However, I love them and am going to purchase the smaller cabinet to put my heat press on. I would definitely recommend this product for a hobby room, home garage or business like mine.

I picked this up on sale at Sam's club and was very impressed by the quality. Assembly Instruction were very straightforward. Excellent quality. One very very minor crit the hand wrench supplied for attaching the bolts holding the wooden top is pretty useless. I wound up using my socket wrench. I don't see this as problem since if you need to purchase this workbench and storage unit you probably already have a socket wrench kit.

I am very impressed! I like the fact that they used good quality fasteners and threaded inserts. It makes it so much sturdier than some gimmicky fastening system. This turned out to be easy to assemble and sturdy. Big casters.... love. Drawer slides.... love. Fit and finish ... awesome.
