You could also try baking soda.<br /><br />If you have an outdoor area to keep it in for a while in the sun, that may also help. Direct sunlight can speed the releasing process of these rubber odors.<br /><br />We hope you have found good use for your dumbbell set even though the odors have been unpleasant for you.
