Had this chair for less than 2 years.  The plastic right arm rest assembly broke.  Do not recommend buying this chair

Very poor material quality

Does not stay leaned back, forcing an awkward sitting position. Nice chair, just needs the tilt function improved.

Seat height is a little higher than other chairs, which I prefer. The chair is heavy also so it should last. Easy to assemble, everything supplied.

Alera Elusion Series Mesh Chair

My feet dont touch the ground.  I am 5 ft 2 inches .  Never had a problem with a chair being to high for me .  Really disappointed.

Did not have all the parts and customer service would never send me the replacement parts we needed, so we had to go to an auto parts store to get the pieces we need.

I love my chair! I gave my old one to my son and bought this as a replacement. I am 4‘11“ tall, and this chair fit me perfectly. I have had spinal fusion but the back is very very comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with this chair. My husband had it put together in no time at all. Very easy to put together.
