Did not have all the parts and customer service would never send me the replacement parts we needed, so we had to go to an auto parts store to get the pieces we need.

I love my chair! I gave my old one to my son and bought this as a replacement. I am 4‘11“ tall, and this chair fit me perfectly. I have had spinal fusion but the back is very very comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with this chair. My husband had it put together in no time at all. Very easy to put together.
