Very odd texture. Threw them away after I tried them.

The smell was good and it even looked good, but it was rubbery and had to cut with a steak knife. The texture was all wrong. Won’t buy again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know.

Have been using these for years, but this last purchase wasn't up to par. There was minimal mesquite flavor and appears to more boiled than grilled. Some pieces don't even have grill marks. Hoping this is not the new standard for this item.

Being already cooked these are good, although we all know straight from the grill would be better, but we like these very much and, although they do take 16 or so minutes of oven time, that makes them all the better and we didn't have to go out, we could stay home. Portions are a decent size, and there are a good amount of them in the bag. I guess we just really appreciate their convenience, and that they are not heavily seasoned and have no hot seasonings so, at our age, our tummies are happy. The price is very good too.

I have been buying Mesquite Grilled chicken breast at Sam's Club for years. My favorite was the Tyson, but Sam's club has decided to remove many name-brand items off their shelves and replace them with lower quality store brand items at the same price. The past two bags of this chicken that I have purchased have been very fatty, The breast itself has a squishy, sponge-like texture that is certainly off-putting. The only way I could get my family to eat it was to slice it and pan fry it to give it a more chicken/meat like texture. I'm very disappointed that this warehouse club is selling low quality, sub-par Member's Mark items at brand name prices.
