These are easy for a quick dinner. Just heat in microwave. They are so tasty. Our dog loves this chicken!

I take them frozen in my lunch with a salad and when lunchtime rolls around it's thawed. Chop it up, toss with salad and I have a filling lunch

Yum! These are so good, I put them in my air fryer on 375 for about 8 mins on each side. They have a good smokey flavor!
