I take them frozen in my lunch with a salad and when lunchtime rolls around it's thawed. Chop it up, toss with salad and I have a filling lunch

I've been buying this grilled chicken for years. Would recommend. I do take a few pieces out and thaw them before I heat them up.

The meat is so juicy and tender out of the microwave. I haven't tried them in the over but I will. You cannot go wrong with these.
