One of the easiest ways to make a quick, reasonably healthy meal is to nuke one of these and throw it on a bun, slice it into a fajita, or just eat it straight. Next best thing to a rotisserie chicken.

I try to keep a bag of these in my freezer at all times. There are several quick dishes you can make with them that are easy and delicious. Makes it nice when you work late and want to fix your family a good meal.

These fully cooked chicken breasts are so good!! I put one in a zip-lock bag and in the microwave for one minute, turn over for another minute and its done! You may need an additional 30 seconds, but they are delicious!!

The fact I smoke food and do BBQ often I hoped these mesquite breasts would give me flavor I'm used to with meal prep convenience. I finished the bag but they were rubbery and had a odd Bite to them. Will not buy again

If you are looking for something quick and easy for busy evenings, here you go! I use my air fryer on the baking setting (NOT THE AIR FRYER SETTING OR IT'S CHEWY) And I cut it up and use it in Alfredo, quesadillas, etc. So quick and easy.
