Have used this 3 times since we received and cooks perfect stews and soups will braise a pot roast this weekend.

Came on time and is really pretty. Only have used 1 time but cooked short ribs beautifully and washed up well.

Wonderful kitchen work Horse for fraction of the cost of more expensive ones. I keep it on my stove even when not using it!
