Bought this for brisket and let me say this, I've always had problems with brisket but not with this Dutch oven.

My husband bought this for my birthday to bake bread in. It works great and I have made some of the best bread ever. Love the pot!

I don’t like the way the bottom of the pot is smaller and it tapers wider at the top. Couldn’t tell this by the photos when I purchased it.

I will use my Dutch oven so often, and I like it more each time I use it. The heat is held so well, but you can also cook on low. Happy.
