Actually this pan is an energy saver as you cook at a much lower heat and get fabulous slow cooked soup, meat just falls apart, so versatile. Bought several for gifts.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas! He loves it I also! He made a pot of beans that day amazing!!! Only thing that might effect people is the pot is heavy so if you can't lift heavy would be an issues! Love it!

I got one a year ago for myself. Love it so much I got one for each of my daughters. Quality made and very durable. The colors are a bonus. The fading from dark to light just adds to the beauty of the pot.
