The Tramontina Dutch Oven is excellent. It is the second purchase of the same Tramontina Dutch Oven, and I gave this one as a gift to my son. I note that my first Tramontina Dutch Oven has developed a few chips in the outer colored enamel, but overall I'm pleased. It heats up well and maintains moisture well. It's my go-to when doing specialty dishes, stews, soups, rice dishes, and more.

I bought two of these about a month ago...one for me and one for a wedding gift. It is extremely heavy empty and it would be unmanageable for me if it was full. I gave it away to someone who really likes it for stews, soup, chili and spaghetti sauce. It is well made and attractive. I wish it was a little lighter, so I could have kept it for myself.

I bought 2 of the black cast iron Dutch ovens. After following directions for prep, the gold handle is discolored and the matte black looks shiny in some areas and matte in other areas. The exterior already looks used and it’s brand new. The interior looks fine. Disappointed!

This was the second one I purchased. I have another one but different color. The one I just bought was navy blue and the paint seemed like it burnt. The shiny finish turned a lighter color and had like a sand paper feel. I made one pot of soup in it on stove top. My first pot was a different color and love it.

I had this product and was very pleased with it and had to buy a new one after burning the bottom beyond repair...can't blame it on the pot, only on human error. I never had any chips or rust like others have stated and was very careful to handle/clean via instructions (always waiting to clean after completely cooled). Only thing I wish is, the pot to be made in US rather than China. Always skeptical of their business practices and like to support our industries domestically. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

I purchased this product knowing it was going to be heavy due to it being cast iron but I love it! I have cooked pinto beans they came out beautifully. I also baked a pot roast with vegetables baked so evenly and delicious. I did a lot of research on a Dutch oven because I wanted to make sure I bought the best one, when I saw it on Sam’s online and read the reviews I was sold and I am glad I made the purchase and so happy I am now an owner of a Dutch oven the color red is so pretty and looks so nice.

The look of this Dutch oven mirrors Le Creuset and that’s it! My guess is , the mass production of this product relays the differences in obvious qualities. I chose the matte black with golden handle. First use and it is already scratched on the outside and on the inside with small fractures in the enamel from cooking white chicken chili. I do not recommend this product if u are looking for a long term product . I will invest in one from Le Crueuset as I have done several times in the past without regret!

The Dutchess of Dutch ovens! Great price for a great quality item. Super heavy and sturdy. Just what I want in a Dutch oven. I Feel that the price was a steal for this 7 qt oven. It’s large enough for soups and stews and is oven safe for bread making ( lid too! Up to 450•). It washes up nicely also. If I had the room I’d have 2 more of these!

I have lots of Le Creuset but wanted this white matte with gold knob look. It’s beautiful and has been just as good as my expensive French cookware. I’ve bought two more and have made chili and bread from scratch, all of which has turned out fabulously. These are heavy, so be careful. I’d buy this again in a heartbeat!

Amazing as I thought it would be. I ordered it just before Christmas and received it in a week. I've already used it four times and it cook's so Evenly it's Fantastic. I've Brazed in it and made Soup and Chili. The clean up is so easy. It's Heavy and Stable on the stove. Love it!
