I got this for Christmas and I use it for everything. Cleanup is easy. It cooks evenly and looks amazing. I wish all cookware was like this. I'm hooked.

Best purchase I’ve made in a long while. I highly recommend this pot. Heat the entire surface to sear and it’s a great vessel for soups. My favorite cooking vessel of all time.

I’ve used it a few times and I noticed that there is a stain on the enamel coating on the bottom of the pan. It does not come off completely even after meticulous cleaning.
