1st 5 that I purchase were a great presentation great box. I decided to reorder 6 more Tennis Bracelets. This time the Tennis Bracelets were in cheap looking cardboard boxes.The gifts looked like I had purchased the Tennis Bracelets at a dollar store. The bracelets were the same Quality as the others except for the cardboard boxes. It's all in the presentation ! First time I have ever been dissatisfied with your merchandise. Thank you

Daughter is a Ruby birthstone and I can vouch that this tennis bracelet in red and white is stunning. Going to be a Christmas gift. Fits most size wrists and has a secure latch. Nice packaging won't need to be wrapped. Could get the blue too, for patriotism on July Forth or other occasions. Very very very pretty!

Should have included a certificate or card of some kind stating that it was sterling silver and sapphire

It was a beautiful bracelet and I loved it, but immediately the clasp was not working correctly and I had to keep bending it to get it to work. Then after one week the bracelet broken half. I had to take it back and they told me I could buy another one. I didn't because it was just too cheap and it broke within one week. I have bought other Sam's jewelry and been very happy but I'm going to be thinking twice when buying a bracelet now.

Purchased this for my wife, Christmas present and first time she wore it a stone fell out and one of the lobster clasp will not stay clasped. Contacted customer service to request that the item be replaced, customer service contacted the vendor and they can only refund the purchase and then you have to reorder to get a new one. So much for 100% customer satisfaction, this will be the last jewelry order I will have with Sams Club.

Don't buy it, the clasp was broken when I got it. I also think it looks very cheap. When I tried to return it to the store, they couldn't take it back. After the 4th time trying to get someone to help me, I'm in the process of returning it. I will never buy jewelry on line again.

Don’t waste your money on this item. I have only worn this 4 times and two stones have fallen out already. I tried to attach some images but it wouldn’t allow it.

Buyer Beware!!! bought this bracelet through Sam’s Club online, it arrived with a bad latch so I took it to my local Sam’s club to return it, only to be told that I have to return it online. Now I am trying to get the item returned and have spent the last 20 minutes on the phone without a return. I am waiting for someone at Sam’s Club to speaker to me about the return. If I had known this was going to be a problem I would have never ordered this item from Sam’s. This is has an extremely poorly made latch that is impossible to operate.

Purchased and wore one time. Took out of jewelry box to wear several months later and noticed clear stone missing. Don’t know if it was received like this. Contacted Sams and was told to call company Delmar 514 875-4800. Left message for a return call and never heard back.....still waiting.....this should be addressed....buyer beware! Wish they would at least send a new stone to be replaced
