Much faster and neater than my old machine. Like the fact that it is laser and not filament.

Convenient for copy, fax and print but disappointed it does not have color ink.

It has a lot of options. Coping, faxing, everything about this machine is to our satisfaction.

Directions were clearly stated, quick to set up copy and fax.
