We've got the lowest price serta mattresses in the past for our guest rooms and they were very comfortable, this is not the case. It's bouncy and it has a plastic sound when you move. Although my daughter liked it when she visited and said that it got better with the box spring. We ordered 3, and return one. They're very heavy in the box.

I placed an order on 2/24/2023, but figure out that it was not the one I wanted and asked to cancel the order. However, the sales representative asked me to wait until it was shipped. So I wait to 2/27/2023 when it was shipped. Then I called them again, they keep pushing me away and asked me to contact the FedEx to cancel the shipment. Okay, then I called the FedEx, they said that I don't have the authorization to cancel the shipment, only the shipper can ask to return to the shipper. So I contact the Sam's club again, they asked me contact the FedEx again and again and again. Issue not solved at all. Very disappointed with this purchase. I will never made any purchase online with Sam's club again. Horrible experience.

soft plush mattress

I purchased this mattress thinking it would live up to it's name. I was sorely disappointed. within one week, the mattress sank in the middle. I cannot sleep in it anymore. I am still waiting on customer service to call me back for a return pickup.

This bed is comfortable right from the box. The edges are a little soft and I'm concerned that they will start to dip sooner than a "traditional" bed but there's the right combination of firmness and padding that make it easy to sleep upon. Getting this bed was a real pain however. When I ordered it the website indicated it would be delivered in a week (7 days). However, after countless calls and chats with Sam's Club, and a very agitated telephone agent at Serta, the bed was delivered a MONTH later! The customer service from both Sam's Club and Serta were deplorable as it was neither customer-oriented or "service" by any stretch of the imagination - so if it ever comes back into stock, BEWARE before you purchase!

I just received this mattress and I had my doubts when I seen it delivered in about a 4 ft box but it was quite heavy. After we unboxed it and unwrapped it I was amazed how it just expanded. It is a wonderfully firm mattress and very comfortable. Don't let the price fool you, it might not cost a lot but it's one of the best mattress we have bought. I fully recommend this mattress.

I purchased this as something that would hold me over until I was able to purchase a traditional mattress. I am now 4 years end and it still feels like a new mattress. The con is that it is not a true California King length. I had to purchase a spacer for the head and bottom of the bed. For the money I saved, I was fine with filling the gap.

I purchased this mattress a few months ago and never been so happy with a mattress before. It's nice and firm, which offers great support. As someone who suffers from neck, back, and hip issues/injuries this mattress really helps alleviate a lot of pain. Would purchase again if I had to.

I received this mattress on September 3rd 2020. 6 1/2 months later, I am looking into purchasing a new mattress already. The whole side is completely indented. There is no comfort at all. I wake up everyday so sore, its completely dissapointing!!!! Very unsatisfied customer! Maybe it's my fault thinking a $300 mattress was going to work :(
