I should know better!

I ordered these for a pick up. I should have know better. Usually the produce is really good when picked by employees, but there are a few things I like to pick out for myself. Grapes will be one of those items forever more. I had to throw half of them out they were rotten and the rest were so dirty it took multiple washings so they looked safe to eat. In the end finished up throwing away all but one small bunch. Very disappointed after the last box I had which were wonderful.

Great grapes...but...

Up until now, all the grapes I've bought at Sam's Club were from the United States, specifically California. All I had to do was rinse them off real good and they were ready to eat. Never any intestinal upsets. The most recent batch I bought from Sam's were from Peru. They looked great. I rinsed them off as usual and ate some. Bad idea. Montezuma's Revenge roughly 45 minutes later. The grapes were very tasty and juicy but did a number on me. I decided to try again two days later after I recovered. This time I used soap and water and washed them extremely well, then rinsed them thoroughly. No problemo! So...make sure you wash any Peruvian grapes you might get.

Not the quality I expect

The brand I got in my pick-up order from the app were "Air Chief, Scarlotta Seedless," and the taste and quality were far less than I expect and normally get. They were mushy and not flavorful (no sweetness or crispness as stated on the package), they were caked in dried mud, and several were entirely covered in mold (whole grapes and branches) contaminating the whole batch. I would not recommend this brand at this time.

Pandol Grapes Have Seeds

We just purchased Pandol red seedless grapes a few days ago. Not only are they too sweet but they have seeds. At least the grapes were fresh. I have purchased grapes which have turned out to be moldy because the stock is not properly rotated. I won't be buying any more grapes from Sam's Club in the future.

Candy Grapes! NASTY!!!

What I ordered were Red Seedless Grapes, like the ones pictured. What I got were nasty CANDY Grapes. NASTY NASTY NASTY! They taste like old hard candy that's been sitting on grandmas living room table. How did I not get what I ordered? I will be returning these tomorrow.

No seedless

I have bought these multiple times now and they are not seedless! We end up throwing most of the package out due to this! I quit buying them for a few weeks but tried them again hoping they were better now. But they were not. I will probably quit buying them all together now. Not worth wasting $7 on.

False packaging

I have tried purchasing red grapes over, but they continue to disappoint. This will be the last. When the package clearly says "seedless," they should not have several pits in every grape. Nobody wants to gut every grape to dig out the seeds and eat or serve to family/ children. The seeds are huge and extremely inconvenient and make what should be yummy grapes disgusting because you have the urge to want to spit them out. Find a different grape carrier, Sam's Club! You charge too much for something that's not worth eating.

Seal Packaging to Prevent Tampering

On several occasions I've seen people opening not one but a few containers and sampling a grape from each an most don’t even purchase any. One was giving each of her children a samples . This has turned me off of purchasing anymore until they seal packaging.

Some were moldy; all appear to have seeds

I received these grapes with a pickup order yesterday and have been eating them yesterday and today. I had to throw away approximately 10% because of mold and bad spots. The remainder taste OK but not great. They have a very hard texture and have small seeds inside. Would not buy these again.

Waste of money

When you pay $6+ for grapes and it says "Seedless" and you bite into them, and immediately are trying not to start spitting out the large pits. It's horrible. I have to cut every single grape in the container in half, gut the pits then eat when I just want to grab and go like they are meant to be. Also 75% of them are moldy and bad or soggy and ready to turn but it's not visible to the eye until you get them home. 2 years of this issue.
