Very nice set. I had absolutely no problem putting this together. The hardest part was putting the chairs together. Very time consuming, but easy. This was everything I had hoped for and more.

The set is perfect, 8 very comfortable chairs the table is huge great for party's and games. The fire pit is easy to use. Delivery could be better coordinated. I reached out to customer service several times and got the run around. The guy who Delivered was very understanding and helpful. I had someone put it together for me only took him 3.5hrs.

We love the table. It is beautiful and very well made. The nightmare was the delivery process as others have mentioned. We waited at home two separate days with no delivery 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Finally after calling the delivery company and Sam’s it was delivered. It was a signature delivery. They dropped it off on the driveway and quickly took off 😂 It wasn’t too difficult to put together and looks great!

The assembly was pretty straight forward but the holes pre-drilled on the table top were NOT where they were suppose to be so I had to put my Tim Allen hat on and fix their mistake. The only other complaint is that the top doesn't stick out far enough for a person to sit real close to eat. The chairs are deep enough that you have to have them far enough away from the table to give foot room. The ignition switch for the fire table is touchy, sometimes it doesn't light on the lighting setting, you have to give it more gas to ignite which can result in a huge burst flame.

The set is well made and attractive, however, the chairs are freakishly large. Made for 6'4" person.

The quality of the set was good. We have enjoyed making smores on the fire pit and the amount of space a seating is great for a family of 8. I wish the back of the chair wasn’t so far back and the placement of where you set your feet on the chair was popped out a bit being someone short my legs dangle and after some time it starts to feel uncomfortable. I liked the cover it came with, it has come in handy for the rainy days and to protect from the sun as well.

Upon unpacking, 3 of the chairs have snapped sections. I’m so disappointed. I even asked at the store when we loaded if we should check the contents because the box had damage and they said everything was fine inside the box. I’m sure they didn’t know. The set is beautiful otherwise. I’ll be calling the store to see what they’re going to do for us. Hoping they’ll replace the chairs.

Chairs are excellent. Firepit top or surround cannot be assembled with the pre drilled holes. They simply do not line up .......unless you want to install the top upside down. lol. Had contractor confirm, called for help, they sent the exact same top with same issue. Im out over $3K and summer is flying by. Also their toll free line advises they are closed during normal business hours. Frustrating to say the least!

Parts are missing and customer service has been awful from the supplier. Furniture was ripped. Poor quality control.

very disatisfied in the way my order was handle. i got the order in 2 days, the table base was damage, it tooked 2 weeks for replacement, had to have 4th of july party without table.
