Quality of the lumber was good, delivery was made on time and installation was not impossible with the help of a couple of neighbors. It is good value for the money.

Added this to our new patio in front our house. Adds beauty as well as functionality as an outdoor dining area. Only positive feedback from all that walk by.

The wife and i built this 16 x 12 in a day. No issues to speak of. Easy to understand instructions. Good quality. If you are looking for a pergola, this beats out any menards or home depot branded one.

Just finish this pergola and it came out great. Love the look and it covers a lot of space. I liked it so much that I just bought the Barrington gazebo for another area in my backyard.

Arrived on May 10 We started about 11 ..4 hours later it was complete We had some issue with holes being drilled crooked but a drill fixed that My Backyard cement is not level so that might also been the cause of maissalignment

Bought this kit and it arrived slightly damaged. Backdoor sent replacement parks very quickly! The unit went together well with only a couple of minor fitment issues.

Good visuals. Voice and visual instructions a bit too fast. If you allow turn arrows to come on sooner those who don't want to go through all the instructions can move on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pergola was easy to set up and upgraded the backyard immediately! Everyone is impressed and wants to hang out. Our new favorite place to hang with the grandkids.

delivery was poor..only one person to off load.was not able to deliver to worksite. set up was fairly easy, with clear directions. all holes drilled Appropriately..
