Poolside Storage

Perfect size for our pool equipment and supplies. Large enough for a set of shelves we placed inside for added storage. We are happy with this purchase.

Sun cast shed XL

Love love love the thickness of this and pretty simple instructions. My son and I put it together. I still don’t have the lock pieces on bc I still cannot figure those out BUT everything else was pretty easy.

Good shed

It's best if you follow the directions and make a base for the shed. We live in the desert and our ground is hard, so we skipped that part. The shed is still slightly off-level and the doors don't line up well. It will also blow across your yard in the wind if you don't anchor it down somehow (before you add weight to it).

A++ building, great product easy to assemble!

Fantastic product for the price, I was pleasantly surprised!!! As a woman, I study instruction manuals before tackling any prefab project, which is probably why I had absolutely no issues putting it together. I was able to complete the process in less than 2 hours, I had previously made the pad. I had more than enough screws. I would suggest setting up the placement in a protected area, otherwise consistent sun exposure will degrade the plastic quickly. I had previously read the reviews which complained of many installation issues which in my opinion were lack of attention to the details in the instructions. Just review and reread as you are putting it together and it will be very easy

Great shed for the price!

We love this shed, very sturdy, roomy and great quality. At a great price! I found the exact same model at HD for hundreds more. The box is very heavy and large, I have a truck so was able to get it home. We opened the box in place and removed the pieces from the truck bed. It took a while to assemble but for someone handy it should be no problem! Well worth the money!

Good Quality Shed

Some of the parts are difficult to install and some of the instructions are difficult to follow. The shed is well designed, however, with all the pieces screwed together, so they won't fall apart easily. Make sure you have a large pickup because the box is big and heavy. The shipping costs more than the shed itself!! I will have to wait and see if the shed could withstand the 100+ summer heat here in Las Vegas, NV or could handle the occasional high wind and occasional heavy rain.

60 year woman installed by herself!

I love this storage shed! It comes with pretty good instructions but I did use a couple of videos for extra guidance. It is packaged extremely well and arrived safely. I am in my 60's and built it all by myself - absolutely no help - in just a couple of hours. I built a wood foundation first which may be the most time consuming part because you want it to be level. I placed the she on the side of my home and used the side of my home, a chair and a garbage can to help hold up the walls of the shed while pushing them together. I used a large landscape block as support too. The hardest part are the doors. There's a couple of videos that are helpful, but in the end I had use a different size screw for one door. I've had the shed for a few months now and it has not leaked at all. I screwed a couple of long bolts into the foundation to help withstand any winds (which we have not had yet). It will hold a lawn mower but if so, you won't have any floor space left over and you'll need a ramp. I put up 2 plastic shelving units to instead to hold other garden items.

Difficult to Assemble, Poor Design

I had a significant problems during installation of the 2 metal Support Brackets (Item J, Truss Leg) and the 1 S-Bracket (Item I, S-Rail) into the roof panel. The Support Brackets have pre-drilled holes that should align to the pre-formed holes in the plastic roof panel. I correctly aligned the Support Brackets with the hole on the top of the Support Brackets on the right side, as indicted in the instructions. However, if I installed a screw on one end, the pre-drilled hole on the other end was mis-aligned by close to a ½” and I couldn’t install the screw. Even if I started by installing the middle of the 5 screws, the pre-drilled holes on the ends were still mis-aligned so much that I couldn’t install the screws. I had to put the roof panel, but not the Support Brackets, out in the hot Arizona sun to heat it up to the point that I could barely touch it, and the resulting thermal expansion then allowed me to get all the screws in, but just barely. The roof panel doesn’t have pre-formed holes for installing the S-Bracket, however the S-Bracket was too long to fit into the pre-formed slot in the roof panel. Again I had to use the Arizona sun to expand the roof panel enough to install the S-Bracket. I seemed to me that the roof panel must have shrunk after it was formed, perhaps when it cooled down. As a result, the metal brackets didn’t fit the roof panel unless it was heated up. One other issue is with the tool hangers for this shed. There are two, and you can install both of them across the back wall, or one on each side wall. Installing one on the left side is fine, but installing the tool hanger on the right side prevents installing a shelf in the top position. This is not a well thought out design. While the tool hangers were part of the shed sold at Sam’s Club, if you purchase the shed from any out store, you have to purchase the tool hangers separately. I don’t think they are worth the $45 dollars which they retail for.

Great Purchase of an Awesome Storage Unit

Absolutely love this shed. It meets the requirements of the HOA and stores quite a bit of stuff. It is necessary to put a base platform down so be prepared but we were extremely surprised at how detailed the instructions were about adding this base. The directions gave you the actual measurements to have the wood cut and how many pieces it needed. Wish all instructions were as thorough. My son came over and said he is going to purchase 2 as well. Great Buy

Nice little shed with easy assembly.

Nice shed. Comes together pretty quickly. We have one suggestion: predrill the screws into the door hinges before putting them on the door and attaching. The paint from the hinge can make this task difficult later. We also like that it sits behind our garage quite nicely so we’re still able to move around it in our small yard.
