The V8 is designed to provide up to 40 minutes of run time, depending on the mode or combination of modes used. The machine has two modes: extended run high suction and max mode. Max mode is designed to be a temporary boost of power for particularly stubborn messes, while the extended run high suction mode is ideal for the majority of cleaning tasks. Often, the machine is set to max mode out the box, which provides a total run time of 7 minutes.
