I search through bags trying to find good ones. Think I find them, then when I go to eat a apple, about half of them are brown in the inside. I understand it's hard to keep them fresh, but we pay a lot for them and to throw away half a bag is a big waste of money!

I love these apples. They are so sweet and crisp but don't be fooled. The last 2 bags that I bought look great on the outside but are brown and rotten tasting on the inside. So disheartening!!!! Watch out for that wax coating to keep the apples looking good and lasting months because of it. You don't know what the inside is going to look like. Beware.

I have gotten these apples- 3 different bags and they have all been like this on the inside. I had to call to get refunds. They look perfectly fine on the outside but they arent good on the inside. Very poor quality, probably because they are sprayed with that stuff to keep them looking good on the outside.

One of these Envy apples was half rotten when I got the bag home from curbside pick-up. I was able to salvage the other half of that apple which was very sweet. There was only one other Envy apple in the bag that was as nice and sweet. I had to throw another one out after a week due to it being rotten all the way through to the middle. I also threw the last one out since it was not at all sweet but was entirely unripe. My Pampered Chef apple corer, peeler, slicer would not work well on these apples.

I love apples and usually prefer those that are higher on the sweetness scale. These Envy apples are nice and sweet. I keep them in the fridge so they are cold and crisp. The only negative is I had one bad one in the bag that had to be tossed. Other than that the quality is good as is the price.
