I took this to a potluck gathering and inadvertently placed it among homemade desserts to be judged for a contest. It won first prize.

We love homemade apple pies, but when we can't get one, we have discovered this pie to be a great alternative. The apples are crisp and the crust is flaky. The pies also freeze well.

Sam's is a bit of a fur piece to travel to. Every time I do go I buy this pie. It is the only apple pie I've ever eaten that doesn't need ice cream. The sugar/cinnamon mix is PERFECT.

Bought this pie today, not at all like the ones they used to make. This pie was not made with Granny Smith apples, very few apples, lots of sugar and syrupy liquid. would not buy again!

Me and my mom are very picky when it comes to apple pie and I have to say this one is by far the best apple pie we have ever bought from a store before. It is very fresh and is sweet enough, just the way we like it.

The pie was just about raw. Had to throw it away.
