We bought this for a family gathering and everyone raved about how good it tasted. The crust was perfect and the filling was perfect. We ate it at room temperature, but know it would be even better warmed with some vanilla ice cream.

I bought a ‘freshly’ baked apple pie from the Sam’s club in Brownsville, TX yesterday and when I cut into it today the bottom crust was full of mold. I threw it away immediately! I won’t be buying baked goods from Sans anymore!

I've purchased this pie several times in the past and it has been absolutely delicious. This particular pie had undercooked crust and very few actual apple pieces. I ended up putting mostly the entire pie down my garbage disposal because I didn't feel like taking it back to Sam's. Where is your quality control, Sam's??

This apple pie is divine. Bought one for a gathering, and the whole thing was devoured in less than an hour. The crust is buttery & crispy, and the apple filling is not too sweet, gooey, and the apples melt in your mouth. Mm Mmm Mmmm! Nothing less than phenomenal. Thank you!

quality down, PRICE UP. Not at all what pie used to be! I used to compare it to my own 100% homemade apple pie, not even near same quality. I think they must have used a filler of applesauce, not nearly as many apple pieces in pie. I believe Sam's deserved the award it won for best pie in 2019, but not now. You can stop showing that award now, it is false advertising for the current product. I believe it used to weigh 3 lbs, maybe 3.5 making it bigger does not make up for the poor quality. From now on I will not compare your apple pie to mine, it frankly would be an insult to me.

I just ate my 2nd slice. I picked out the freshest, nicest looking pie of the ones at the Sam's Chandler, AZ location after reading about them in the savings book. We bought a Costco pie 3-4 weeks ago which was amazing and the Sam's Club pie is just as good in my opinion, my wife liked it too. Costco's pie seemed to have a slightly lighter crust and the Sam's Club pie has slightly more cinnamon taste if memory serves but they are about equal in taste. Keep in mind no matter where you buy pies, they could be great 1 day and so-so the next depending on where you buy them and who prepares them. Our Sam's Club pie was cooked perfectly and LOADED with thick, juicy apples! The crust was perfectly baked and this is a great value, even cheaper than Costco :-)
