I never, and I mean never eat apple pie. It's usually too runny, apples aren't sweet, little to no cinnamon, and the pie shell is overcooked. However, I eat this apple pie, as do all my customers at my little cafe. I have customers who always ask do I have the apple pie today. It sells out rapidly. I will add this caveat - always check the dates and get the freshest one you can. It will last longer and taste the best.

I've purchased this pie several times in the past and it has been absolutely delicious. This particular pie had undercooked crust and very few actual apple pieces. I ended up putting mostly the entire pie down my garbage disposal because I didn't feel like taking it back to Sam's. Where is your quality control, Sam's??

I usually don't like or buy apple pie because the apples itself are big, bland and not sweet. This apple pie is delicious, the apples are sweetened, the crust is good (even better when it is slightly warm). When I have guests over to my house, this is the first dessert that disappears. Everybody loves it, so I make sure to buy it for entertainment occasion.

This was hands down the worst apple pie I have ever eaten. The crust is great, but the filling ruins the whole thing. The filling tastes like a caramel glaze put to the apple filling, which is just off-putting to a traditional apple pie. Wouldn't recommend this sugar loaded trainwreck to anyone!

I just ate my 2nd slice. I picked out the freshest, nicest looking pie of the ones at the Sam's Chandler, AZ location after reading about them in the savings book. We bought a Costco pie 3-4 weeks ago which was amazing and the Sam's Club pie is just as good in my opinion, my wife liked it too. Costco's pie seemed to have a slightly lighter crust and the Sam's Club pie has slightly more cinnamon taste if memory serves but they are about equal in taste. Keep in mind no matter where you buy pies, they could be great 1 day and so-so the next depending on where you buy them and who prepares them. Our Sam's Club pie was cooked perfectly and LOADED with thick, juicy apples! The crust was perfectly baked and this is a great value, even cheaper than Costco :-)
