Installer had 1 1/2 hours to assemble this 2 person desk. I was told he had another appt scheduled so if he wasn't done in that time frame he would have to come back to complete. He made every effort to get it done for me %26 finished in the allowed time. Double desk, double time necessary to put together, but schedulers didn't account for that issue! He was fantastic!!!!!!

I WOULD LIKE IT IF THE INSTALLER DID NOT LEAVE ME WITH A BUNCH OF TRASH TO SWEEP AND CLEANUP, I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND HAD A HARD TIME SWEEPING UP THAT MESS HE LEFT FOR ME HE DID A GREAT JOB ASSECMBLNG THE DESK IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY STUDY BUT OVERALL I WS CONTENT WITH MY PURCHASE

Jeff was awesome. He completed setting up the desk in no time. Jeff was very professional and friendly.

It took much longer than anticipated for the person who assembled my desk. He did a great job but was not allocated enough time. He stayed until the job was finished.

Very poor service. They never contacted me to schedule an appointment. Instead, they showed up without any notice after my office was already closed. Because of this, I had to hire and pay another assembler to put my desk together. I paid for a service that was never provided, and I'm still waiting for a refund. I do not recommend this service.

Desks were not put together. They showed up with no tools and no knowledge of what they were doing did not clean up their mess due to their ineptness my desk fell over and I was injured. They were unable to find anyone to come fix the problem so I had to pay for assembly myself.

I never received a call or appointment for them to come and assemble my desk. Had the desk for a week had to hire someone else to put it together, and I had to cancel through Angi. Now I'm waiting for my refund. It has been an ordeal. I paid as requested but had to constantly inform AI that I never received an appointment and that purchase was made within 30 days…which meant I qualified for a refund. Still waiting.

Delivery rescheduled 3 times. Paid for pro install with Walmart's partnership with Angie's and could not get it built same day of delivery, so I built it myself. Canceled the pro install but still billed for it. Contacted Walmart support and they redirected me back to Angie. Bad partnership, Walmart.

“Assembly” service is not actually a service. They refer you to Angi's list, where it's a whack-a-mole trying to get an appointment scheduled. After three failed attempts, I canceled. The item does not fit together, also, my daughter and her boyfriend discovered the issue about 20 minutes into their last-ditch effort to assemble the desk.

The assembly service rep was a no call/no show. This seems to be a trend with Angi. 0 out of 10, I don't recommend it.
