This chicken is too tough to eat. I gave it to the dogs and they wouldn't eat it.

I have found the best way to order my chicken breast each month. Tast good and arrives on time.

This is a tasty and individually frozen, breast. Great for many dishes, and came in good condition, and timely.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The shipment came via FedEx which was shipped from Sam's at 7am and arrived to my house at 7pm. Everything was completely defrosted and leaking chicken juice everywhere in the box. I have been trying to get a refund from Sam's and let's just say their customer service is horrendous. They outsource their customer service to the Philippines so you can't speak to anyone in the U.S. So far it has been 4 weeks and every week they tell me they are going to refund me and nothing. I have spoken to 5 different customer service representatives and here I am almost a month out and out $99.50 from bad chicken. I have requested to speak to a supervisor and they refuse to do so. I will never order anything from Sam's online ever again. Just beware of this issue and order at your own risk!!!

About the chicken on the 18th it was delivered to my house on the 22nd completely defrosted. Very disappointed I can't even reach customer service because they have an AI automated service Sam's Club has gone downhill over the last 15 years

Since our local Sam's seems to avoid stocking organic chicken and I'm freaked out by the giant MM chicken breast, this is the only option available to me. Arrived frozen, well packaged and tastes great. Having been frozen, it loses a touch of texture when compared to fresh, organic chicken but its still far better than the alternative.

I purchase two 12 packs of these Purdue organic chicken breasts. Today is 9/12/22 and the best if used by date is 12/28/22. I've had them now for about 3 months. I have several packages of these chicken breasts that are already showing freezer burn on the breasts. They have been in a freezer stored at a -10 degree temperature. These ARE NOT VACUUM SEALED packages! Not only that but not sealed either because when you thaw the packages out these leak severely. The chicken breasts are trimmed well and the chicken has good flavor however the packaging is awful. Because of that I would not buy them again especially when they cost over $8.00 a pound!

We purchased this product and the chicken looked freezer burnt. We grilled it and air fried it and it was like rubber. GROSS. Never again! Luckily no one got sick - we tossed a lot of the cooked chicken in the trash. Fortunately, a Sams Club rep was kind enough to provide us a refund. That's the last time I buy meet online to be delivered. Yuk!

I’m in the minority here but I am not impressed. I wanted to support this company because of the strides it makes in the treatment of animals but compared to other organic chicken this is an inferior product. It’s fatty and bloody and even trimmed the texture is awful. Never again, I’m currently using it as dog food supplement because I can’t stomach the texture.

This is my second time ordering this chicken, the first time I received several open packs of chicken with bad freezer burn, I thought it was a fluke and I was willing to try again. Unfortunately, my second order had the same problem. I love the mission of this company (which is why I gave two stars), but considering the cost, I shouldn’t have to throw out 4 chicken breasts every time I make an order. This will be my last order.
