When I ordered I was not expecting 6 lbs of Queso! But you cannot beat this price for 6lbs. Opening it up it smells amazing, and it tastes just like restaurant quality. I love queso and eat it weekly! This is a great brand and good for large get together or baking dishes. The only thing I dont like is that for this size, it would be nice to have a screw on top or other type of closure. It would be nice to be able to use it more than once or fit it in my fridge and currently its the normal metal can top that you have to use a can opener for. 6 pounds of white queso cheese!? Yes, please! Im hosting a party tonight and just opened this bad boy up. This will be enough cheese to keep all 15 of us filled all night! Im serving it with a variety of crispy chips and vegetables. Let me tell you, the cheese sure hits the spot. It has the classic taste of queso cheese - a hint of spiciness with that familiar taste we all know and love. I cant wait to see how much of this we get through at my party tonight. Great tasting queso, it is very thick/concentrated though. Was just right heated and thinned down quite a bit with cream or milk. I also added a couple cans of undrained Rotel, (the diced tomatoes and green chilis). There's a little kick to it without the Rotel but with it added the spice level was just perfect and so delicious, my family and guests were impressed!!
