The queso itself is great, the shipping process however not so much. The cans were all smashed when they arrived. Refund was given but don’t recommend ordering these online

This queso sauce is wonderful. It has just a bit of heat; not enough to scare people away though. We had a pulled pork nacho bar at my daughter's wedding and received so many compliments!

I bought this for a nacho bar for our son’s graduation so there would be some food in addition to a food truck that we hired. I thought this would make my life easier than cubing up a couple of huge boxes of queso blanco Velveta and other cheeses. I was oh so hopeful this giant can was going to be similar to the queso blanco that a famous Tex Mex quick service restaurant sells, but it lacks flavor. When I tried to doctor it up with green chilis, rotel, and cumin, it ended up being too spicy for some guests. I think I’ll stick to Velveta.

It was just ok flavor. Was very thick had to add some creqm fpr better dipping consistency

Delicious taste and so easy to just dump in slow cooker and heat up for family get together.
