I bought 3 of these chairs for Christmas they've had them a month the seams have came unsewn I've already returned one now im about to take 2 more back. Don't waste your money.

Got this for my son for Christmas thought overall was a good chair but haven’t even had it a month and the seating is all ripped in the crease my son is 11 110lbs maybe it should not rip like this... will be taking back to the store today

a total disappointment. the speakers are muted while connected to the ps4 controller instead of getting the full sound effect experience.

You are not able to view the assembly instructions online. Says not able to be found. And the instructions in the box were not able to be found…

No instructions

Overall, it is a good chair. However, the one we got, the arms don't match the chair as they go with the black and red one. however, it wasn't worth the hassle to drive 45 minutes to return/exchange it so we just went with it.

Wrong arm rest packaged

I purchased this chair for use in a high school classroom with a flight simulator. It looks like thousand dollar chair. It sounds amazing. So far the build quality is holding up well under heavy use by rough teenagers. I highly recommend this chair for your gamer kids. It won't break the bank.
