We have been using this brand here at our place of business for several years. Customers and employees seem to like it. Just wish I could still get it at the warehouse when I am there picking up other merchandise!

We quit our office coffee service and bought our own Bunn coffee maker and purchase this coffee on-line from Sam's. It's great! It's delivered free right to our door. Much less expensive than the coffee service. We love it!

This coffee is available daily during a 10 hr work shift and it retains good flavor in every cup. The premeasured packets are essential to any office or business. There is never confusion on how much coffee to make the perfect pot. We've been enjoying this coffee for about a year and hope that Sam's keeps it on inventory.

This coffee is one of the worst products I have ever purchased from Sams' Club. The packets are too small for a 12-cup pot, so you must either use part of two packets or have only an 8-cup pot. The "easy tear" opening is non-existant, so you either must cut the packet open with scissors or risk spilling coffee grounds everywhere to rip it open! Now imagine you have to do this with TWO packs, as one pack doesn't give enough coffee for a full-size pot! Finally, the coffee itself is sub-par, with either Folgers or Maxwell House tasting far better and without the burnt taste of this coffee. And since you have to use additional utensils to open the packs and/or multiple packs to make a pot of coffee, a large of the usual ground coffee will save both time and money!

very coarse grind, does not have a strong Arabica aroma, flavor is acceptable but brew is slightly weaker than expected. I was looking for the Arabica coffee that was normally stocked in Walmart, but is no longer available. That stuff was excellent, but this does not compare well to it.

I order this Item online quite often, and appreciate that the shipping is included in the cost. The amount of coffee in each package seems to be marginal as far as making a full pot of coffee strong enough, but I use one and a half packs per pot. The coffee is reasonably priced and a good value.

Been buying and using this coffee for several months. It's an excellent value. Good quality for the price. If you like a darker roast or strong coffee this may not fit your bill. but for a good office coffee that many in the office would like, the value cannot be beat.

I somehow aquired the job of buying office supplies and break room items in addition to my regular job so the first thing I did was start looking for a new coffee. Based on the reviews I read for this coffee I purchased a box for a trial. The entire office had been drinking the same Dark Columbian blend forever even though most of us really did not care for it and I will continue to purchase it for some who like their coffee very strong but the majority of the coffee drinkers really like this one. Not bitter at all, just flavorful. Make sure to place your order with plenty of lead time for shipping so you won't run out and have to look at sad faces! Wish it could be purchased at the local stores.

I ordered online sams store because it is not sold locally. I wish it were, but it will be like a year before I need more coffee again. Great air freshener, too. I opened two bags in two different rooms of the house; one in each room and once a week I shake it a bit and set it back down and it regains its odor again. Crazy, you call me? Try it; see what I mean.
