I love this coffee. I have only had one bad experience. The last order arrived with the individual packets not properly sealed (one of the two boxes) Coffee grounds were spilling throughout the box. I contacted the manufacturer to advise them of the mistake, they offered an apology and promised to send a replacement which they did in a reasonable amount of time.

Good value for a good cup of coffee! This is by far the best price around. We have a 12 cup Bunn coffee maker, and for my own personal taste, would use less water for more robust flavor.

We have been buying this coffee for a few years from Sam's Club. Anytime we have company over, they rave about the coffee. In the past, the store carried it, now it's only online. Wonderful flavor!
