it works well. cool air is blown out and there are 3 speeds you can choose. the higher the speed the faster the water will be used up. doesn't take up too much space which is also good. so why a 3 ... for some reason a red dye appears every time i use it. i've cleaned the machine thoroughly twice but still the red dye appears after every use. i don't think it's harmful but it's weird and weird enough that i don't trust getting another one and will probably replace it just in case it is harmful. can't return because i didn't start using until 7 months after purchase.

The humidity was down around 20% and very uncomfortable, purchased this humidifier and it has brought the house up to a proper level..... no more dried out sinuses. Mounted it under the wall wart which circulates the moisture to the rest of the house and makes it a lot more comfortable. Have it set on the lowest level and it goes a 4 litre bottle of distilled water in two days (97c) Very nice.

Have had this for about a month now and am pleased. Water tank holds good amount of water allowing the unit to run for a long time. The only reason I didn't give it a fifth star was because the mist stream that comes out is very fine. You need to have the unit close to you to feel the benefits of the humidifier.

I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of researching before I bought this item. I found that PureGuardian was an excellent brand to purchase. This humidifier is the perfect size for what I was in need for. On the lowest setting the water can last at least 3-4 days before you have to refill it. On the middle setting it can last for 2 days before refill. I have yet to try it on the high setting because the middle setting has been enough. I fill the humidifier with filtered water and I haven't had any problems with it. The only thing I might have an issue with is that the opening where the air comes out is a little small and pretty much angles straight up. You can't direct it to the side at an angle because it's just a hole that the air comes out of. I'm fine with it now because I just have it close to where I need it. Later on though, when I might need to put it further away it might become more of an issue. Overall it is an excellent product and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a solid, working humidifier.

I bought this product 1 month ago, and enjoying it so far. it is really quiet and you have three levels that you can choose. it comes with the light too, but don't know how to chance the bulb yet. it never last for 70 hours, but it can runs none stop for almost 24 hours for the level 2. I just bought the second one for my bedroom.

Overall I do like this humidifier. I always keep it on medium and I find that to be the perfect amount. If it is on high it will leave water on the dresser. The on/off switch is a green light a little bigger than a quarter, it will light up a room (if you like it dark). I ended up putting a balled up shirt in front of it to block the light. The night light is a pretty bright blue, but I do not use it. I fill it up at night and run it all night long. it is never on empty in the morning, but I still put a little in to run for the day. You can control where you want to shoot the mist, but it is on top so it will always spray straight up. I would buy this again as it was pretty cheap. And it only is cool, no warm.

These work great, quiet and long-lasting when on the first setting. The only drawback is they are cool mist, I live in a cold climate so warm mist is always nice, but it is what it is. We just went through a really cold spell (-24's) and for the first time, no nose bleeds, now that's nice.

I like this humidifier because it's quiet. If you put it on high you'll empty the water in a night but thats too damp for me. I keep it on low one click for low, two for medium and three for high. If I fill it, on low it will last 3-5 nights without refilling. You don't have to but I clean it once a week. Easy to use.

I gave this 4 stars because everything in the description is accurate except the 70 hours for refilling, this may be true for some areas but NOT in New Mexico! On low I get about 48 hours and on med barely 24 hours, however this item is worth every dime for maintaining the moisture level in my bedroom and the ease in filling!!

These are great for small spaces. I actually have two of them in my very large open living room/kitchen space. A good deal for the money. We Heat with Propane so the air tends to get a little drier than normal and these do it good job at countering that dry air
