I've been using it about a month and have noticed a difference. I'm not waking up with a dry nose and dry eyes as bad as I was. I also found out if you add a tablespoon or so of hydrogen peroxide to the water is won't turn slimy and it's good for you too.

This is my third one! I have them in various rooms, and they really do help increase the humidity level during these dry, cold days--if you live in the Northeast. I love the smaller size. They are easy to fill and move around. They are a nifty little item. Another comment: If your home is new construction, not much is breathable--dry wall, fake wood floors, particle board baseboards. Makes the air even drier. So helpful to use this product to introduce moisture in the room.

I have 2 of these now and highly recommend them to anyone prone to dry winter air problems. No more stuffy noses for people and pets and the house plants thrive too! Easy to fill, clean, and use. Very quiet! Clean them often for better performance and long life!

I bought one of these a couple years ago. It still works perfect, and I like it better than the humidifiers that need filters. It’s quieter and effective. So I bought another one for my bedroom. It has a calming blue light too. Love it!

Perfect! Easy to setup, fill and water refills are at least 3 days later. The steam doesn’t steam up my windows like my previous one so it gives the correct amount of steam for my living area.

This PureGuardian 70-Hour 1-Gallon Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier is advertised. Easy of operation and the Light gives the room a nice soft glow especially at night. Humidity regulation is great any time of the day. Very efficient

After having these humidifiers for a few weeks I find filling them and using as directed very easy. However my room in which I have them for all this time has only reached 25% humidity. I strive for 30% which my whole house humidifier provides in the middle of the house. My intention was to use one of these in my bedroom and the second in the den where I spend most of my time but I had to put both in the den and still not up to 30%

I'm glad that the night light has an off/on switch since I don't want my humidifier glowing at me all night in my bedroom however the power switch does glow. Note that the tank opening is about a 2" hole and so it is not easy to shake water out compared to a unit with a large twist off tank opening. This is an issue for cleaning. Also, there are no recommendations for weekly tank cleaning with white vinegar and the manual says not to use any cleaning products at all. I disagree that a water filled appliance can be washed with just water without a weekly white vinegar treatment to stop mold growth. The manual does recommend a teaspon of white vinegar in the BASE if there is scaling. I believe the white vinegar should be used weekly to preven pink slime. The unit is nearly silent when operating except for little drip noises now and then. Also note that the mist setting is not controlled by turning the knob. Instead, you press the knob once for low, twice for medium, and three times for high. This is not specified in the manual so I had to call the company.

Unit lasts 24hrs on medium setting. I don’t like it as well as my Honeywell brand. After turning upside down to fill up, setting it back on base is sometimes difficult and could pinch your fingers while trying to direct it to base!! I like that it doesn’t have a filter and has been fairly easy to clean. I have had other styles such as this and they are still pretty good!!
