You can use it in oatmeal at breakfast, a smothy for lunch or even coffee.

My go to creamer for the morning coffee! It has consistent taste and texture and a little goes a long way! My only gripe would be try to eliminate as much cholesterol and fat as possible! This product is not reccomemded need for anyone with high cholesterol, diabetes or heart disease, in my opinion!

I gave up and went the Keurig route with this. I don't need Starbucks. The perfect cuppa joe is finally here! No turning back!
