Poorly Constructed.

This chair seems to be designed for a small person. Comfortable, but the arms are very loose. I am a women that is 5'6" in height. I weigh 205 lbs. The sides have become very loose They are almost coming completely off the chair.

Stopped functioning within a few months!

Looked nice, headboard somewhat uncomfortable but within a few months it stopped functioning!!! No up. No down. The return process with Sams was a nightmare..horrible. Still waiting for refund.

Great purchase. The only thing they can improve on is the head rest, making it a little bigger would have mad a difference. 3 stars for missing the power transformer and the difficulty in getting in contact with someone in that regards.
