Super easy to use the online shop. Excellent shipping updates and delivery. Quality product at a great price. This shelf has a great design and easy to assemble. It is sturdy and very practical. Purchased it for my voluminous and heave audio amps, receivers and vintage players. Very well manufactured, probably Canadian made, for a change. Wishing Walmart would have more competitive products and pricing. Competition is always good. It's very nice to have more options for online shopping.

Excellent product at an attractive price. No tools required for assembly. The most challenging part of the assembly was the decision about space between shelves. Although I do not doubt the units ability to handle the rated weight per shelf, if all shelves had that much weight I suspect the unit would be difficult to roll about. NOTE: the 5th shelf is the unit's "top shelf." Depending on where it is placed on the vertical supports, I suspect it is not practical for heavy items.

Exactly as advertised and what I wanted. Need a tall person to assist if you put on the shelves with the corner rods standing up. There is a "top" to the black sleeves that go over the corner poles and the shelves "click" on to. And yes it is marked - I just did not look close enough. Goes together very easily.

Durable, stable shelving unit. Easy to assemble with two people. The weight load capacity is about 1/5th if you plan on installing the casters. Each shelf has a small (maybe 1/4") lip along the front edge. Ability to move the shelves to different positions is great. Extra plastic pieces provided. Using this to replace a top-brand plastic shelving unit which is complete garbage.

Purchased two of these units, the second after I purchased and realized how well made it is. The shelf is fully adjustable, carries a lot of weight and comes with either good quality casters or adjustable leg ends. Assembly was a breeze. Good Value for the price. Should note that delivery was excellent as well.

I like the look of this shelving unit. It's very well made and easy to assemble. The only problem is that it was obviously that the shelving has been purchased and returned. One of the package that holds the parts was open as were two of the leg sets (the connecting top and bottom poles). I just thought maybe they didn't like it after they got it. No, that was not the case. One of the bottom parts of one leg would not connect correctly to the top part of the pole. It became obvious that it was returned because it was defective. This item should never have been reshelved for sale at the warehouse. The manufacturer sent me replacement parts within a few days of contacting them. Then when we finished putting the unit together, it turns out that a couple of the shelves were bent. One corner will not lock into the shelf gaskets/brackets (pieces that the shelves it on). I'm not going to go through the hassles of returning it since it's already up. I'll try setting something heavy on that corner to see if will eventually settle onto the gasket/bracket. I don't want to contact Seville again. Shame on Sam's for allowing a return item that is defective to be resold. Seville is great about helping to make things right, but they should not have had to deal with this problem either.

I purchased two of these. One for the kitchen and one for the entry way. Since I was putting them together by myself, I didn't put the posts together until I had three shelves set, and then put the posts together and installed the other two shelves on. The shipping package was over 50 pounds and takes a lot of room to put together.

I am very pleased with the strength and durability of his shelving unit. It is also very easy to maneuver . The only problem I had was that it was missing one lower and one upper extension leg. I contacted the company, forwarded my email receipt and 10 days later it came via federal express. My disappointment was also that I never received an apology from the company for the inconvenience of the problem. Very unprofessional !

So far this has been "hit or miss." You find Seville shelves like this in all sorts of places, and when you receive a unit that works well, it's fine. Assembly is pretty straight-forward, and they help you better utilize vertical space. However, the 2nd shelving unit we received on August 2 2018 had one of the top poles incorrectly machined, so that the threads are so uneven it cannot be screwed into the bottom unit. As of today (September 5, 2018) I am still working with Seville Classics to resolve the issue. Their customer service is friendly and polite, but the first replacement they sent was the wrong pole (despite a description that included the length and the threading issue), and today's suggestion for a replacement is also wrong. I'm sending additional photos to them, along with a copy of their own instructions, so they can figure out what replacement is needed. It's discouraging that I'm moving into a new house and waiting a month for a correct part to come for this shelf.

I bought one for my kitchen. Very sturdy and easy to assemble (I am in a wheelchair and was able to put it together quickly. I had also ordered a similar, larger corner unit. This was definitely easier). You can vary the height of the shelves when you are putting it together. Assembly doesn't require screws or bolts and relies on plastic grips that fit between the uprights and the shelf. The shelf grips the clip firmly and holds it in place. A VERY sturdy method. Cannot break. It comes with wheels and small feet so you can choose which you want to use. I also bought some ClosetMaid hanging basket closet organizers and have hung these on the bottom of the shelves. They attach with hooks that fit easily to the wire shelves. I am very pleased with the shelving!!
