This is solid and amazing. you can adjust the shelves to the height that you need. We actually ordered two extra levels and extra plastic clips from another website and were able to create a 7 shelf unit. It's perfect for towels, sheets, and blankets.

Very happy with these racks that I purchased from Sams Club. I got three of them and made a wall out of them in my garage. Easy to put together and very sturdy and strong. Really helped with my storage problem. Great lock rollers.

Great set of shelves. However there was a lot of debris and broken pieces in the box. It did not seem to affect the shelves themselves. One of the top caps was broken but doesn't affect the functionality.

One of the shelves was damaged. One corner that goes over a pole was smashed in so does not fit properly over the pole. I contacted customer service through chat and requested a replacement shelf but did not hear back from them. It would be nice to have the damaged shelf replaced. I was offered a refund since they could not provide a replacement for the set of shelves because they are no longer in stock. Since the shelves were mostly assembled, the damaged shelf was the last one left to put one, I declined the refund but was told they would get back to me about replacing the one shelf. I have not heard back.

The shelving unit was easily to assemble and of good quality except for wheel locks which are broken. Since we ordered it on-line we didn’t want to go through the hassle of taking it apart and sending back. Wheel locks should have been tested before packing. Hard to recommend for that reason.
