The shelves for these are actually on 35.5" wide. Made working with an existing set of shelving I owned not possible. I'm not particularly pleased that they don't mention the specific size amd just call it "close enough".

Pretty good, I just wish every single shelf corner were not covered in writing inscriptions - including a large "Made in China." I guess it's not too bad, but I wasn't expecting it, and I think they would look nicer without. I have no other problems with this shelving unit. It was what I wanted in every other way.

Ordering was easy, delivery was free and shelves came next day; which worked out great because the movers were there to assemble it. However, I had just done a similar assembly at my studio, so would have been able to manage. Better with two people, though. Looks great, very sturdy, wheels lock, shelves are adjustable. Price seemed fair. Total time for searching and ordering took about 5 minutes. Painless.

Packages were too heavy for me to lift so I opened the boxes on my porch and carried the pieces upstairs separately. I am an average, 65 year old woman and was able to put the shelves together alone. Directions were great and all of the parts were there. I used the wheels so I could move the finished products where I wanted them. These are very well constructed and should not ever need to be replaced.

This shelving unit is very, very sturdy! It looks nice in the home (sturdy, but not necessarily only for the garage!) with the chrome finish. We didn't use the rollers on the bottom because we didn't need it to roll....but I feel that would be a nice feature if you were in a position to need to move it around.

Shelves are ok. Each shelf is too heavy to lift as high as the poles are, for 2 older adults. It's then impossible to lower shelves evenly onto the clips. Expect them to fly off or for it to stick because you can't lower exactly even. Shipping company is just a nightmare! Fed Ex was the shipper, and Sam's takes no responsibility for their negligence. It was a nightmare affair that went on for weeks, took hours of my time, made it impossible to get them put together when I'd have help (weeks later, 2 still outside in boxes), and Sam's only concession was a $25 refund on my almost $600 purchase. It goes on and on, but the basics are: claimed to deliver 4, but only 3 showed up, blocking my house steps, too heavy to move--potential life threatening issue in an emergency. Someone had to come help move them for me to get off of porch. Other box arrived 2 days later, completely taped, obviously broken open, debris all over my yard, pieces missing, scratched corners. They wanted me to jump through hoops for return. I refused, and after suppossedly settled, still had to argue with pick-up driver. When I upgraded my membership for free shipping, they, instead opened 2 memberships for me. Chatting with customer service is impossible because they only half speak English. I had to beg for a phone number, which then yields the same. If you like your membership for in-store items, fine, but if you expect to use shipping, just forget it, dont order anything!

Not the same quality as those that are higher priced, on one ridge on the black plastic devices that hold the shelves in place instead of two ridges. This made them slip when the shelf was lowered onto them. But the price was less than half when compared to the same product that was made more precisely.

This was exactly what I was looking for, and more. From the time we opened the box, until we placed this in the room, my husband and I were able to assemble this in about 20 minutes. I actually use this in a bedroom, but would not hesitate to order another for the basement, garage, pantry, or any other area for heavy-duty storage. To my amazement it's an extremely sturdy unit. I will definitely recommend this to others!

The Seville Classics 5-Tier Shelving System is perfect for our storage room. The rolling system makes it easy to move these items to other areas of the building. The system was very easy to assemble, very sturdy and well made product. I would highly recommend this item.

I bought this to fit a specific area in my garage and it is perfect. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I was reluctant to buy this product at first because I wasn't sure about the color. I wanted them to be a shiny silver and it turned out that's what these were. It was very easy to put together once I realized the lip on the shelves went down and not up! It looks so nice in my garage and holds a lot of weight. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to organize an area inside their home, work, or garage.
