I do a lot of oil changes myself, when I don't have time I have my mechanic do it for me. He recommended this oil for my car because it has a lot of miles. I am happy with it.

I use this product in my one ton gas truck. I like how the oil hardly looks dirty after 4000 miles. If I do alot of towing I change at 3000 miles. I like this product and I use your full synthetic in my car
