I purchase Dr. Pepper 6 pack bottles nearly every week and every time I find one bad bottle that does not have any or enough CO2. Either the pop vendor does not rotate when he stocks or he or the store employees mishandles the 6 packs. Often all the bottles of pop are flat meaning rotation is not being done.

We only buy this because stores are refusing to carry the cream soda flavor anymore. PLEASE BRING BACK BOTTLED CREAM SODA FLAVOR!!!! DO NOT BLAME DR PEPPER COMPANY FOR THIS OTHER PLACES HAVE IT IN OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY AND OBVIOULSLY THEY STILL MAKE IT.

I've been drinking Dr pepper for years and I love the product however, where I brought it may change as the steep price increase will keep me from making that happen here. Not happy with the 'new' recycle thing nor color of bottle which may use carbon-black during molding. The bottle strap is now brown and looks just like the garbage that it once was.

The Dr. Pepper is good, it’s the packaging that’s faulty. The plastic that holds them in is falling off and they are bringing the product to my car sometimes without a bag, just loose bottles. The plastic needs to be around the bottles to be convenient to carry!! Dr. Pepper has a very real packaging problem!! Fix it, please.

Too large, the smaller DP is much better. 1/2 in the am with my pills and the second half in the pm with my nite time pills. Screw top for sealing, flavor and taste is good all day. Big bottle, screw top, 1/4 in the am with pills and 1/4 with pills in pm. Next day, 1/2 bottle left. Flat, no carbination. No flavor.

Dr pepper is my favorite however after purchasing the six pack four out of the six were completely flat due to damaged seals on the cap. I did however call the number on the bottle and Dr pepper replaced the six pack for me and it was perfect the next time around! not bad considering I buy Dr pepper daily and this is the first time that that's ever happened.... but no fault of anyone's really just happened to be a damaged cap.

I made the mistake of being too generous with my so called friend and her hubby. Cuz after I filled the fridge with groceries she decided she didn't want me living there because I told both of them that I didn't want to be in the middle of their marriage shenanigans.

I have only one problem with these Dr Pepper bottles.. I can't unscrew the caps. Of course, this is a personal problem unique to me. I ruined my right hand when I broke my humerus and I am not left-handed. But, I sure do enjoy it when someone opens one for me. Dr Pepper has been a favorite flavor ever since I can remember. I'm 78.

i chose no substitutions and here i got substitutes. can your shoppers read or do you just use homeless uneducated people? no substitutions means NO SUBSTITUTIONS!!! its not rocket science. its selecting exact products in size and quantity requested. and if they don't have it on the shelf, you don't just start grabbing things that look similar. once i ordered sugar free rootbeer in the 16 oz bottles marked no substitutes. and got 1 2liter bottle. maybe you should try training these people. or utilizing people above a 2nd grade education level.

I love DR Pepper. It’s happened the last four times that I’ve got a case at Sams that at least 6-8 out of the case are flat. Usually positioned in the middle of the case. Nothing worse than wanting to cool off with your favorite soda and have it be flat.
