The layout doesn't fit a gallon jug of milk easily. The door when holding things meets the items stored in the main part, meaning they have to be very thin.

Very basic mini fridge. Has no lights inside but I remedied that by adding magnetic motion lights inside. Freezer not efficiently working, leaks at times. Storing insulin and medications in bedroom for a medically fragile individual.

Our large refrigerator in our motorcoach stopped working and this was perfect size to get into space by cabinet to use until we decide about replacing large one. It kept our drinks, milk, & veggies just perfect plus it has small freezer. Very pleased with purchase! Price was very reasonable.

My complaint is primarily with FedEx. They delivered the refrigerator and placed it on my porch. However, they delivered it UPSIDE DOWN. The box very clearly stated "ALWAYS KEEP THIS SIDE UP" in very clear lettering on top of the box, as well as stating "DO NOT LAY DOWN ON THIS SIDE" in clear lettering on top of the box. However, the FedEx delivery person delivered the refrigerator and left it on my porch upside down in complete disregard of the instructions. This could cause leakage and damage to the compressor and other components of the refrigerator. Also, the bottom of the box has been cut away, exposing the styrofoam the refrigerator was supposed to be sitting on. Therefore, I do not know if this is actually a new refrigerator or one that was returned and they are just trying to get rid of one that had been returned before. I have not yet plugged it in to see if any damage was done, but I will find out soon. I expect a response from Sam's Club as soon as possible.

I will never purchase this fridge ever. after 6 months of use is not working is not cooling and the freezer is no longer freezing food. neither Sam's Club will return nor change for another and since the box said one year of manufacture warranty I have contacted Igloo Company and they said that the will no honor the one year. that is only 90 days.

We bought this to keep water in while we are working. On the new house and will be transferring it to the shop. It’s in the basement on a tile floor that’s not level. Unfortunately the refrigerator doesn’t have adjustable legs for the back. My fix was to fold the advertisement brochure into an adequate thickness to slide under the back plate. There are no directions to level, just mentions it must be level. Without four adjustable points how do they expect that to happen?

I bought this in the early fall and everything was fine. Yesterday, we discovered the ice cubes we had in there were completely thawed. We unplugged it and plugged it back in. We could only get it to work if we put it up to the coldest level. Today, I checked and it's still not working. Half of the ice cubes are frozen, half are completely melted. Of course I'm just out of the 90 day return period for appliances. I'll have to check with Sam's to see if they'll return it. Regardless I will be purchasing a different one.

bought my unit in July of 2019. 7 months later its dead. Called my local Sams to ask what the warranty is ... if I did not purchase extended ... the warranty is only 90 days. No warranty from Igloo. DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU BUY A REALLY GOOD WARRANTY.

I purchased this refrigerator for my office in January 2020. From the outset it never really go cold. But out of pure laziness I kept it. Big mistake. After a few weeks I noticed a huge frost build up in the freezer. Then the weather changed and got warmer. I could have placed food in front of my air conditioner and it would have been colder than this refrigerator. I often wondered how they could have a name like Igloo and not keep anything cold? Then it dawned on me. Igloos are designed to keep you from freezing. So, I guess it's named appropriately. The bright side is that I contact Sam's and even though I've had this thing for six months they told me that I could return and get something else or get reimbursed. Now that's customer service.

If you want to sit near your mini fridge and be able to feel like you are sitting on the top of a 6-story building in New York City, surrounded by cooing pigeons, sans the sounds of traffic, then this is the mini fridge for you!! I bought this for my office at work, it sits 3 feet from me, and all I can here is pigeons cooing, because that is the sound that the cooling system makes. I like the fridge other than that, but it would have been cool to know that it comes with an animal soundtrack.
