Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 - 225/55R19 99V Tire

Bought these for my CX-5 and didn’t have high hopes for lower profile tires.  I was wrong!  They handle great and I wish I would have replaced them earlier.  Took a few days on special order and about an hour to wait for them to be put on.  With the plus membership I received a decent discount as well.  Highly recommend the Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus tires.

Love these tires!

I purchased these tires based on reviews from Sam’s Club and Mazda forums. I am very happy with my purchase the tires are very quiet and they give a good ride. The only complaint I saw from the Sam’s Club reviews were that people weren’t happy with the service they got from Sam’s. I have to say that the customer service from Sam’s was first class. They sent me a text message and called me when the tires came in. I called to schedule the installation and they were very good. I came to Sam’s a half hour before my appointment and they took the car in right away and they did a very thorough professional job.

The tires are better than expected.

Installed the new tires and went immediately took a two thousand mile trip. The tires handled very well and were quiet.

Great Tires

Bought tires online and scheduled tire installation via the website.  I received a confirmation email for installation date/time.  On scheduled install date went to Sam's tire dept. and was told I didn't have an appointment.  I showed the confirmation email and said I did have an appointment.  The rep asked if I made appointment online and I said yes.  He then told me the online scheduling doesn't work and I should have called customer service to make appt (nowhere on the website does it say that).  I made another appointment.  I went back to Sams (a 60 mile RT drive) for the second time and after 4 hours (I was told it would be 1-1.5hrs) they installed the tires.  The shop was closing when I left.  Once I got on the highway the car started shaking.  The morons didn't balance the tires.  So I made another appointment and waited 3hrs for them to balance the tires.  I thought I was getting a great deal on the tires, but ended up wasting my time and gas.  That said, the tires are great and highly recommend them - just get them installed somewhere else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Widely regarded as one of the best all season tires on the market, the Pirelli Scorpion All Season Plus 3 doesn't miss. Superb dry and wet traction, which is a necessity in Florida. Handling doesn't get any better from an all season tire, as one would expect from Pirelli, with their Formula One pedigree. Noise levels have been greatly improved over prior generations, as well as tread life. These are much quieter than comparable tires from competitors. There are no cons here, whatsoever. Buy with confidence.
