I was a bit hesitant to try the premade shakes. I usually do the powder and mix with water but this shake is delicious. It’s smooth, doesn’t taste chalky, isn’t too thick or thin. Makes packing my lunch super easy.

If you want great tasting instant breakfast or post-workout nutrition that isn't full of bad fats and bad tasting sugar substitutes, AND is not sticky sweet because it's still low in sugar, then this is the best there is!
