I use the chocolate shake as my breakfast and it keeps me filled until my next meal. It also taste so good, either at room temperature or better yet, cold.

Ouse the shakes every day and they help. I wish all of the mail you send me could be used for subscriptions. It’s very expensive if you use it once or twice a day.
