My partner and I both have adhd and often need something easy to eat so we don’t waste energy that could be used for other tasks. Very helpful for running out the door or times you find yourself shaky because you’ve forgotten to eat. Helps that it doesn’t taste terrible, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was suggested that I get Carnation Instant Breakfast to help maintain my nutrition since chemo is making me throw up solid food. The ingredients were so harsh though and artificial, so I searched for a better option and found it! More vitamins, better ingredients, more flavor options and WAY better tasting! Even better, Doctor approved!

This is a light/low cal drink and goes down easy. Usually i drink 35 grams of protein in a box and those are thicker. This is also like a liquid vitamin based on the ingredients (does anybody know if vitamins work? idk). Next i will try the Orgain in a bottle because it has more protein.

I rely on nutritional supplement drinks for my everyday nutrition because of a couple medical conditions that I'm still working on. I was doing Ensure, but then I finally looked at the nutrition facts and couldn't believe what I was putting in my body. I tried these and right away noticed that first, they taste way better, and second, my whole body feels better when I drink these. I have more energy, I sleep better, and I've even noticed my hair and skin improving. While I still hope to eventually not need drinks like these, they have been immensely helpful.

I was diagnosed with achalasia which is a condition of the esophagus causing great difficulty and pain when swallowing liquids and solids. I found it hard to eat anything and over the course of a few months, lost 35 pounds. I was exhausted all of the time, hungry at every hour of the day and just downright miserable. I looked at other drinks like Ensure but I did not like the chemical makeup. I stumbled upon the chocolate orgain and thought, well it's worth a shot because I'm at a total loss until surgery. It was the best decision I made! It was surprisingly very tasty and filled my belly which kept me from becoming a hangry beast. I felt I had more energy than I had in months and even my hair and skin looked better. It absolutely changed my life. I like that the containers are small and resealable because I couldn't always drink it in one sitting but I could keep it sealed and fresh in the fridge. All around, I think this is an outstanding product and though I am post surgery and on the mend, I will continue to use this product for its outstanding nutritional value. It may seem silly but it honestly changed my life from suffering and starving to healthier and more energetic which obviously means a happier me!

I had never tried one of these nutrition drinks until about two weeks ago, and my goodness they are so good! My husband & I both loved them and I drink one about every other day, I try to save them for busy/on the go days and they work perfect for that!

Use it for my breakfast....

I don't have to feel bad about aspartame or sucralose like other shakes have

These nutrition shakes are great! I love the flavors.

I like to have it in a dish with some fruit
