Tastes great, but can't get

The caramel tastes great. However, I've been buying this shake for over a year in store, but since this past spring I can only buy online and have to pay for shipping. Why would a bestseller only be sold online? The store still carries at least 4 other flavors, but not the caramel. It doesn't make sense to make it more difficult for your customers to get a popular item.
