Have been using the Vanilla on an almost daily basis over a year. I drink it on the run at room temp but well chilled is thick and creamy. Great before playing Tennis, during or after too for quicker recovery. Planning to try the Caramel if our Club stocks it!!!

I love the Premier Protein shakes and tried the Caramel flavor based on other reviews. I am glad I did! To me, it tastes a lot more like butterscotch, but I love both flavors so this is a big win for me. Delicious, filling, and nothing stabilizes my blood sugar so fast when I get "hangry."

I have received multiple bottles that have solids in them. Kind of like the skin you get on pudding left uncovered. The quality of these is not what it used to be. I hope Sam's Club will consider carrying Fair Life shakes instead because I won't be buying these again

Ingredients were fine until SOY and SOY products no good. Soybeans is an Estrogen producer (Fact). Men, Women, Children, PreTeen, Teenagers have a balance of Testosterone and Estrogen, producing more Estrogen in Male or Women will affect the balance. If you are over say 45 year old male your Testosterone levels become reduced already, and do not need Estrogen producer. You get older your Testosterone numbers will become lower and you will be seeking Testosterone replacement either through injection or gel from a physician. Soybeans are cheap and mass grown, so they are added to many products.....do not need in health bars. For a Women there is already Estrogen balance and disrupting this balance with an estrogen producer is not good. Go ahead and Google scholarly literature to find out.
