I make a protein shake in my ninja in evening with caramel, Greek yogurt, mixed berries, ice, vanilla extract, and stevia. It makes enough to split between hubs and me. It's not many calories but makes a delicious dessert.

First time I ordered this the product was thrown over my railing and exploded all over my porch. Sam’s club sent me a new one and it was packaged with more care and was delivered as promised.

The product is good; however, we bought a box that had a shake that was swollen. It looked too dangerous to drink, so we had to go back to the store and return it.

I'm a bariatric patient and drink about 3 of these a day. I love the chocolate, banana and strawberry and I'm trying the caramel for the first time and they are great!!!

This flavor is my favorite so far. I mix it in with iced espresso in the mornings and it’s my morning coffee and protein. I also like the vanilla. Low sugar, good flavor, minerals and vitamins, and high protein that doesn’t taste like chalk. Winning 👌👍

Love the Premier Protein brand. I found these protein shakes have improved my skin and helped to fill in nutrition gaps in my diet. I have conditions that react to sugar and with one gram and many, many flavors to choose from they are amazing. Love the new Caramel flavor and am adding it as one of my favorites. For me it is worth every penny. Originally I thought it could give me desert like treat since I am limited to 3-4G of sugar a day. I got so much more than I expected. Within day I noticed better healing, feeling more hydrated, skin appearance improvement, multiple benefits all around. Bonus that they were on sale.
