This particular flavor Carmel, does not taste like Carmel. It tasted more milky and just sweet. Was dissatisfied that the Carmel flavor did not come through as rich.

I love the caramel protein shakes. The vanilla and chocolate ones are ok, but they really taste like every other one. These ones are a great alternate.

Love the flavor. Drink one just about every day along with the banana flavor. But... do NOT leave any in the car during freezing temps. They curdle and taste terrible. Even after they defrost, can't drink them.

Might be just me but this did not sit well with me; I felt nauseous after drinking. Taste fine but cannot say it was satisfying. Haven't drank anymore yet. I will try it again in a while and change my review if I like it better.

These shakes are a great meal replacement if you are in a hurry or trying to cut calories. 30 grams of protein in each shake. Price is a little high though.

I liked the taste and hopefully it is helping. Just make sure you shake well. It says it has a lot of vitamins and protein and that is what the doctor told me I needed. I hope this is fitting the bill.

Great protein drink with 30 grams, yet taste great and smooth. It's conveniently stored in a container with screw in top for easy to grab and go meals.

Love this protein shake. I add espresso and drink over ice. It is my favorite way to start the day. Only 3 WW points and I get my caffeine for the morning.

3 containers were busted when I opened one of my boxes. These are pretty expensive to be damaged when received. They were shipped in the product box only, with no protective box around them like they are typically shipped.
