Left analog stick started having drift issues 1 months after purchase. Now I have to pay out of pocket to send it back to be repaired for "free" under warranty.

very satisfied with controller. Its actually a very dark purple. Not the bright purple shown in the pic. I actually prefer the dark color. Most importantly it works fine and it was brought with package in fine shape and promptlyshipped out.

Order came a lot earlier than expected, but was delivered to my neighbors house instead of mine. Would suggest having a tracking number for the postal company thats sending the item.

That it was coming from the store with my other purchase apparently it was not took longer than I expected it to be to get to here because the store had the color of the controller in stock

Worked great for a couple months and the it and then after about three months it became very glitch… like none of the buttons work. They bounce all over the place and won’t let you click on what you are trying to do.

Order arrived on time, and works perfectly. Possibly the best thing about the new PS5 system are these truly next Gen controllers. The haptic feedback takes gaming to a whole new level, well done PlayStation!

I recognize the normal wear and tear of aging controllers, but I've only had this PS5 controller for only 3 months....I had my PS4 for 3yrs and played faithfully every day and I only replaced the controller once...

Got it so fast and i absolutely love it! It's got a rougher exterior so it's easier to hang on to and it's just a great piece of hardware which of course I'd expect from Sony Playstation
